Use Google Ad Grants to connect arts and cultural searches with current programs and events.

Eligible arts and cultural organizations can receive up to $10,000 USD per month in in-kind Google Search advertising. Strong campaign planning connects searches for exhibits, classes, performances, tickets, memberships, and public programs with accurate current information.

The grant for arts and cultural organizations

Up to $10,000 per month can promote programs, exhibits, classes, performances, and public participation.

Google Ad Grants can give an eligible arts or cultural nonprofit up to $10,000 USD per month in in-kind Google Search advertising. It is not cash, unused budget does not roll over, and the maximum is not guaranteed to be fully delivered or spent. Google provides the grant; EntireTech provides professional assistance and is not affiliated with Google.

For an arts or cultural organization, campaigns may help people discover a current exhibit, performance, class, public program, ticket option, membership, or volunteer opportunity. The destination should make dates, location, access information, pricing or registration details, and the next step understandable.

Program discovery

Use qualifying search advertising to help people find the exhibit, performance, class, or public event that matches their interest.

Current details

Keep dates, locations, access information, tickets, and registration steps aligned with the destination page.

Distinct participation paths

Separate attendance, learning, membership, donation, sponsorship, and volunteer actions instead of sending every search to one page.

Arts eligibility and setup

Google for Nonprofits verification comes before an arts organization activates Ad Grants.

An arts or cultural organization must meet Google’s country-specific charitable eligibility requirements, complete Google for Nonprofits verification, and agree to Google’s terms before it can pursue Ad Grants activation. A cultural mission alone does not guarantee eligibility. Current Google for Nonprofits guidance identifies government entities, hospitals or health care organizations, and schools or universities as ineligible organization types.

The organization should use Google’s official eligibility and enrollment pages, request a Google for Nonprofits account, complete verification, and then follow the Ad Grants activation process. Google provides the Ad Grants account during activation, so the organization should not create a separate Google Ads account for that process.

Arts campaigns and management

Arts campaigns work best when each search reaches the current program detail it needs.

Keyword research may separate searches for a local exhibit, live performance, museum program, art class, cultural festival, public lecture, ticket, membership, or volunteer opportunity. Ads should make the current program and location clear, while landing pages should carry the details needed to decide whether to attend, register, buy, join, or learn more.

Conversion tracking can measure ticket or registration visits, class signups, membership actions, volunteer inquiries, or donation actions where the organization can configure those measures. Account management includes search-term review, keyword and ad refinement, policy checks, conversion validation, optimization, and reporting that distinguishes interest from completed participation.

Events and exhibits

Promote current programming with search themes, dates, locations, access details, and a destination that stays current.

Classes and registration

Connect a class or public-program search with clear audience, schedule, registration, and question paths.

Tickets and membership

Measure meaningful visits or actions for tickets, memberships, donations, and other forms of public support.

Compliance and optimization

Review Google’s current policies, account performance, keywords, ads, conversions, and policy messages on an ongoing basis.

Arts campaign support

EntireTech can help turn arts campaign priorities into managed search and measurement work.

EntireTech can help an arts or cultural organization plan and manage work around the Google Ad Grants account. Website and landing-page design or redesign support conversion by explaining the program the ad promotes, but it is supporting infrastructure rather than the grant’s primary subject. Google provides the grant and decides eligibility; EntireTech is not affiliated with Google.

Professional assistance can include Google Ads campaign setup and ongoing management, keyword research, GA4 installation or configuration, conversion tracking, SEO and content optimization, page structure, and performance reporting. Approval, continued eligibility, the full monthly amount, ticket sales, attendance, memberships, donations, and other outcomes are not guaranteed.

Program landing pages

Design or refine pages that explain the current exhibit, event, class, ticket, membership, or public program.

Arts campaign buildout

Build and review campaigns around approved programming priorities, search behavior, and current Google requirements.

Program conversion measurement

Configure measurement for registrations, ticket actions, membership interest, volunteer inquiries, or other agreed goals.

Program content and reports

Improve discoverability and provide readable reports about searches, campaign activity, measured actions, and next decisions.

For arts and cultural teams

Let’s connect the grant to the programs and events people are actively searching for.

We can review Google for Nonprofits status, campaign priorities, measurement, policy responsibilities, and supporting program pages without promising approval, attendance, ticket, or membership results.
