Information you provide
If you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number if provided, service interest, preferred contact method, and message. We use this information to receive and respond to your inquiry and to communicate about services you ask about. You can also contact us by email or phone instead of using the form.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Contact-form processing and email
When the contact form is available and you submit it, a Cloudflare Pages Function processes and validates the submission, checks spam-protection requirements, and sends the inquiry to our designated recipient using Resend, our current form-email delivery provider. Resend receives the information needed to deliver that message, including your inquiry and email address. Where configured, we also send an acknowledgement to the email address you provided. The acknowledgement does not include a copy of your message.
The form uses basic abuse controls, including rate limiting and duplicate-submission checks. These controls may use request information such as your IP address. Form submissions are not stored in a separate website submissions database by this form-processing code; delivered emails and operational records may be held by the email and hosting services involved.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website visits and interactions. The site loads Google's analytics script, which may use cookies or similar technology and receive device, browser, page, and interaction information. When the contact form successfully sends an inquiry, the site records a submission-success event in GA4; the site does not intentionally send the information entered into the form as part of that event.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings or use browser tools that limit analytics. Blocking cookies may affect some site features or measurements. We do not operate a site-wide analytics consent control on this website.
Hosting and spam protection
Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and its contact-form processing function. Cloudflare may process technical information associated with requests, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. When the contact form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile is used to check submissions for abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals and a verification token, and the form-processing function sends that token, and where available the request IP address, to Cloudflare for verification.
Service providers and sharing
We share information as needed to operate this website and respond to inquiries: with Cloudflare for hosting, security, and form processing; with Resend for form-email delivery; and with Google for website analytics. Inquiry details are also delivered to the designated EntireTech recipient. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the website, its users, or our rights. We do not sell information submitted through the contact form.
Security
We use access controls, server-side handling of delivery credentials, submission validation, and spam-protection measures to reduce unauthorized access and misuse. No website or email transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.
Retention
We retain inquiry emails and related business records as needed to respond, maintain records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. The form processor also keeps short-lived, in-memory information used for abuse prevention and logs delivery outcomes, such as a reference number, time, and delivery status, rather than the full inquiry text. Hosting, analytics, and email providers may retain information under their own policies and settings. Retention periods can vary by the type of record and the reason it is needed.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit the contact form and can use the published email address or phone number instead. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings. To ask about information you have submitted or request a correction or deletion where applicable, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify a request and retain information where required for business, security, or legal reasons.
Separate Website Forms service
ChescoWeb Website Forms is a separate email-delivery service with its own Website Forms Privacy Policy covering Google OAuth authorization and Gmail API use for that service. This website's current contact-form email delivery uses Resend, not the Gmail API.
