Service Description
ChescoWeb Website Forms provides backend website-form processing and email delivery for authorized websites managed by ChescoWeb and EntireTech Services. The service may deliver submission notifications and, where configured, acknowledgement messages.
Authorized Use
The service is intended only for authorized websites and legitimate website-form communications. Use must comply with applicable law and the permissions granted for the sending account.
Google Authorization
Gmail sending capability is provided through Google OAuth and the Gmail API and requires authorization from the applicable Google account. The account owner may revoke authorization through their Google Account security settings; email delivery through that account will then no longer be available unless authorization is restored.
Prohibited Use
The service must not be used for spam, unsolicited bulk email, unlawful activity, abusive or deceptive communications, attempts to circumvent security controls, or use by unauthorized websites or individuals.
Third-Party Services
The service depends on third-party infrastructure providers, including Google and applicable website-hosting and network providers. Operation is subject to their availability and applicable terms.
Service Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Changes
These terms may be revised when the service, legal requirements or technical requirements change. The currently published version governs use of the service.
